We are a professional and human partnership working at the intersection of culture, health, and leadership. Our shared drive is to create space, relationships, and direction where people and organizations can thrive even amidst complex and demanding change, and where creative processes are essential.
Our core competencies range from in-depth knowledge of the powerful health-promoting effects of art and culture to leadership, strategy, and organizational development. We utilize coaching and therapy as tools to facilitate progress – for leaders, employees, teams, couples, and families. We have particular expertise in supporting individuals who wish to achieve new development goals, strengthen their mental and physical presence, or find new direction in their professional and personal lives.
Human development has always been the central focus of my work, even when it involved organizational development. My background as a midwife has given me unique experience in supporting people through their most significant transitions, and this has shaped my holistic approach to leadership, health, and individual personal development. I view each individual as a whole – encompassing mental, existential, and creative layers, all of which play a role in our well-being and direction.
With my passion for leadership, I currently work with leaders, employees, and organizations seeking change, deeper understanding, and new direction – always respecting the individual as an expert and leader in their own life. I have 12 years of leadership experience from the healthcare sector, and have worked with innovation, interdisciplinary projects, and development across public and private sectors, as well as at the intersection of culture and health. My Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology provides me with a professional foundation as a leader, advisor, and coach, where the most important aspect is to help create development that is both human-centered and meaningful. I help you (re)discover your motivation, and how to unlock creativity and momentum. My experience ranges from large, complex development processes to individual coaching, where we collaboratively create clarity and progress. I also provide support during periods when career and life need to be balanced – before, during, and after pregnancy – and work with employees, managers, and senior executives alike. My focus is on your strengths – and on fostering tangible development.
I have always worked where people are in a state of flux. Where things transform, loosen, and grow. I understand people on a deeper level and sense moods, intentions, and boundaries – this is my strength, and it is my compass.
My professional life has traversed many landscapes. 15 years at the university as a lecturer, researcher, and leader taught me that human well-being and passion are at the core of all development. With a Ph.D. in music therapy and a research focus on culture and health, I have created new knowledge, methods, and ways of understanding human development. I have spearheaded national and international networks, bridged the gap between expertise and people, and led both research and staff with a blend of focus, passion, and empathy. I am adept at building connections and making things happen. I hold firm to what truly matters – that you feel stronger within yourself than when you arrived.
Drawing on my experience, I bring a unique combination of human insight, professional depth, and drive to Aluné. I work with the body, music, relationships, and what lies beneath the surface. My desire is to help individuals and organizations find new paths, new perspectives, and new opportunities. It's about realizing people's dreams — not as airy visions, but as concrete, sustainable results.
Aluné was born from a longing. A longing to create spaces where people can thrive, heal, and connect – with themselves, with each other, and with the world. We believe in art and culture as a path to well-being, and we are passionate about helping people develop – so they can achieve their goals.
We are both deeply engaged in advancing the field of culture and health, among other things, through NOCKS (North Jutland Centre for Culture and Health) and the international network HEART (Health, Education, Art, Research & Technology), both led by Stine. Here, we work to bridge the gap between research and practice, both nationally and internationally.
